Short Description:  Lane closures and safety issues due to drainage problems after a rainstorm at the intersection of Broadway and Hildebrand resulted in a 2007 bond issue to create the Broadway-Hildebrand Drainage Project.  Now, the construction is set to begin, but many of the neighbors and businesses in the area say the City changed the plan and they’re not happy about it.  We’ll hear the issues and the facts.
