The Supreme Court has ruled that the Affordable Health Care Law is constitutional. Healthcare providers are preparing for the next steps and are evaluating the law's impact.In Texas, the biggest change is expected to be the expansion of Medicaid eligibility. Meanwhile, the National Federation of Independent Business has vowed to fight in Congress for a full repeal of the law.
