Friction Over Alamo Colleges Change | April 4, 2014

Alamo Colleges is about to replace a humanities course with a learning framework focusing on leadership strategies, including those outlined in Stephen R. Covey's book, "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People."

The presidents of all five colleges in the system oppose the change, but the chancellor says it is part of a broader effort to align students' education with workforce needs.
