Suit challenges property appraisal system
A lawsuit in Austin charges that the Texas property appraisal system is unconstitutional. The problem lies in the way commercial and vacant properties are valued at the expense of homeowners. In this episode, we hear from Bexar County Chief Appraiser Michael Amezquita.
