HemisFair Park redevelopment still hangs

Five years ago the federal government agreed to a land swap that would clear the way for an ambitious HemisFair Park redevelopment. Federal officials would give the city an iconic federal courthouse in exchange for an abandoned city police headquarters. But now the federal government is dragging its feet, and the folks more upset than city officials are the federal judges. Hear from both sides.
