Water study to pipe in water called a joke

A hot story in the news this week has been a study that has been heavily criticized for what it had to say about San Antonio’s Vista Ridge mega-deal to pipe in huge amounts of water to meet the growing city’s future needs. The $98,000 study, conducted by a Texas A&M team, has been called “an embarrassing joke” by city officials. We hear from the man who commissioned the study.
