Police accountability at issue in SA

San Antonio has become part of a national conversation on accountability of police officers. A man who was killed recently by an officer who thought his cell phone was a gun. Earlier we learned of a man permanently injured by officers who beat him severely, mistakenly thinking he was a suspect they had been chasing.
