Latest annexation plan stirs debate

The city of San Antonio has proposed annexations that could take the city from being the nation’s seventh largest to the fifth largest. But opposition to the plan has grown, and not just among suburbanites who don’t want to pay city taxes. A debate is emerging and at its base is the question of what sort of city we want to be. Mayor Ivy Taylor, who’s in the thick of the debate, joins us.
