Police union schedules no-confidence vote

Police Chief William McManus wants to be part of a national effort to reform police culture. As police union president Mike Helle made clear here a couple of weeks ago, the union is not pleased. The union has scheduled a vote of no confidence in McManus. The chief will join us to respond.
