Can city prepare for 1 million more people?

With San Antonio expected to grow by a million people over the next few decades, can we prepare for it? Mayor Ivy Taylor, a city planner by training, is very much in favor of preparing for it. As part of that effort, a Sustainability Plan has just been completed and is being rolled out for public comment. Just what is a sustainability plan? The city’s Chief Sustainability Officer joins us.
