Going after cyber bullies



An Alamo Heights student committed suicide last January after months of Internet taunts and insults – enough that law enforcement officials investigated the case as possible cyber bullying.

Last week, District Attorney Nico LaHood said no indictments would be sought because of a lack of evidence under current laws. State Sen. Jose Menendez says he wants to fix that in the next legislative session.
