Sex Offenders and City Parks | October 11, 2013

City Councilman Carlton Soules wants to make San Antonio parks islands of safety for children by prohibiting registered sex offenders from living or lingering within 1,000 feet of them. Of course it is a bit more complicated than that. Soules will lay out his plan and the concerns that lead to exceptions. We'll discuss the pros and cons with the councilman.
